Service Rates
Offers are available only to qualified new residential accounts. The rates reflected on the website may be promotional rates. At the end of the promotional period, standard monthly rates will apply. If any discounted services are disconnected during the promotional period, all remaining services/equipment convert to the standard rates and features. Additional phone charges apply for optional features including international calling, directory assistance and operator services. Services, channels and offer may not be available in all areas. Digital programming services require a digital converter. Internet service requires CableLabs certified modem. Ethernet device may be required for service and is available for an additional charge. Download speeds are not guaranteed and may vary. Credit check with additional prepayment and/or equipment deposit may be required. Customer is responsible for additional customer premise equipment and operating system required for Internet access service and phone service. Customers must agree to comply with Cable Operators applicable subscription terms and policies. All rates and services are subject to change. Federal, state and local taxes, governmental regulatory fees and surcharges, if any, are additional. Offer may not be combined with any other offer, is non-transferable and is void where prohibited. Offers, packages, prices, programming availability, channel lineups, service features, specifications, terms and conditions may vary among areas. Installation
Please select two (2) preferred date/time blocks for your installation from the schedule below. Availability of the installation dates and installation pricing you select cannot be guaranteed until your order is processed with the Cable Operator. The Cable Operator will contact you to confirm your installation date, time and pricing. The Cable Operator will also answer any questions you may have regarding your installation.
At the time of the installation, the Cable Operator may require that you pay the cost of the installation. You also may be asked to pay for the first month of service. All missed appointments must be rescheduled through the Cable Operators customer service department.
